Now that I have my Steam keys how do I redeem them?

1. Download & install the Steam Software
1. Launch Steam and log in to your account.
2. Click on the ‘Games’ tab located at the top left side of your screen
3. Select ‘Activate a product on Steam’.
4. Follow the on-screen instruction.
5. Enjoy your games!

Where are your codes coming from?

Our Steam keys come directly from the developers & publishers. If you’d like to get more information about this, please visit our Partners page.

Can I get a refund for a purchase that I made?

We typically do not offer refunds on any purchases as codes and game bundles are one-time use digital goods. (We have no way of knowing if a customer will still use the the code after being given a refund).
In the event of peculiar circumstances however, exceptions can be made. If that’s the case, contact us and we will sort things out.

Do you accept returns on codes purchases?

All Steam keys sold are non-returnable as codes are one-time use digital goods.

PayPal isn’t available in my country, but I’d like to make a purchase on your website. What can I do?

We will be expanding our payment options in the coming months, but in the meantime payment options are limited to PayPal. However, if you want to purchase $100 USD worth of digital goods or more, we could be able to find a way to make it happen. Simply contact us and we will sort it out for you.

I purchased a bundle, but I never received the codes. What should I do?

Codes are sent to you automatically after purchase, however if this does not occur for some reason, contact us and we will send the keys to you manually within 24 hours.

What do I do if I try to redeem Steam keys and it comes up as “duplicate”?

Sometimes, developers send us codes that have already been used by mistake. The main problem with activation codes is that you can’t test them to see if they work without activating them, so before each games bundle we can’t know for fact that each and every code we sell will work!
If you any codes you bought from us don’t work, simply contact us and we will be more then happy to exchange your duplicate Steam keys for useable ones.

How do I know that my personal information will remain secure if I use your website?

Our website meets the latest security standards in the e-commerce industry (SSL secured and regularly scanned to find any issues or any malware).
Furthermore, the payments are handled by PayPal, which is the most reliable and secure online payment gateway up to this day. We do not handle the payments themselves, we simply get a confirmation from PayPal when they handled the payment, and we then send you your bundle.
The only information we have access regarding your website activities are limited. For example, if you make a purchase on our website, we will only get certain information like your name, your email address. Those information are encrypted and sent to our server, which can only be accessed by Bunch Keys Staff.
